There is always a reason for doing something and also for not doing something. I have listed here 5 top reasons which I find in my conversations with people. Sharing my perspective which has given me a much happier, empowered and better life.


1) Time Nahi Hai...! This is probably the #no 1 reason which stops people. It was the same with me too. But what I discovered is that it's a complete fallacy. Reality is only about priority. Because of fear of survival and and unawaringly in achieving standards set by my environment, I had different priorities. I  just got aware of my own priorities and planned my fixed 24 hours accordingly. I changed my self talk from 'time nahi hai' to 'abhi ye priority nahi hai'. My mind automatically started to make time according to my changed priorities. I realised that it always does what we talk to our ownself 24 hours.

2) Paise Nahi Hai..! Although this was never a reason for me, I see many people living with this. In my opinion Health is an INVESTMENT NOT AN EXPENDITURE. One builds his most important asset which allows him to exist on the planet...!! We never have a second thought on spending on big houses, fancy clothes, fancy restaurants but when it comes to our own body, we tend to take it for granted. Even if someone may not be spending on luxury but investing on health is a necessity not a luxury.

3) Kal Se..! Procrastination is part of humanity, I believe. God knows how many things are getting started from 'kal se' since ages..! One thing I have strongly realised is 'It 's now or never'. This  philosophy is giving me powerful results. Life has its own way. Never ever everything is going to settle. Does it ever happen that you only start driving when all crossings are green? Life has many crossings and never will come a moment with all green signals. one has to start driving from this moment or wait forever, choice is our own.

4) Ek din to sabko marna hai..! What do you actually mean? Why do you study? Why do you build a house? Why do you have kids? Why do you travel? Why do you marry? Bhai  ek din to sabko marna hai...! Why so much effort?? This is actually so silly a reason to me that I don't even  find it worthy of any counter perspective.

5) I am like that...!! Yes heredity, hormones have a role in obesity but not as unbeatable as you think.! You can completely transform it with a better healthy lifestyle. Only in a very miniscule percentage of population gene mutation happens and in that case there is a shift in genetic coding, but that's rare for rarest. Mind it... You are not destined to live obese if your parents are obese. It's a myth. And your hormones are functioning wrong because you are living wrong..! There is a specific stream of science which study of how your behaviors and environment can cause changes that affect the way your genes work. Unlike genetic changes, epigenetic changes are reversible and do not change your DNA sequence, but they can change how your body reads a DNA sequence. Heredity is mostly apigenetic change not a genetic change..!!

What I realised that reasons are only reasons and created by our own mind. We feel that we are not doing something because of that reason. But it's the other way round. Because that thought (reason) exist in our mind we don't create things what we want to do.  Let's live a reason free life..! Let's live a life of choice and priority..!!
